The bridge is on fire! Advocating without burning bridges!
Jeanne Wiedt, Certified Trainer
Dale Carnegie Training of Northeast Ohio

Apply the principles of the world-famous Dale Carnegie book, How to Win Friends and Influence People, to your advocacy! Whether you are lobbying a state or federal legislator or talking to a school principal – effective advocacy skills are essential for understanding your “community” and influencing people and policy within that community. Or, as Dale Carnegie teaches, “The best way to gain cooperation is to be cooperative ourselves and to be emotionally intelligent about the needs of the team. Dale Carnegie provides 12 principles for gaining cooperation. Not only do these principles help us win people to our way of thinking; they help us tap the energy and intelligence of the team.”
Jeanne Wiedt has been in the performance improvement and business development field with Dale Carnegie & Associates since 1992 and is a certified trainer of the Dale Carnegie Course for Effective Communications. This fast paced, interactive speaker will leave you with the skills and tools you need to make your case…and win it!
