Therapy in the water to decreases pain, stiffness and adds range of motion. It is not necessary to know how to swim. Medina Recreation Center membership not required.
Mondays and Wednesdays from 8:30-9:30 am
Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10 am–11 am

Fee: $3 per session
