Are you happy with your blood sugar control? Do you need a refresher on how carbohydrates affect those numbers? This class is intended for those who have previously attended a Diabetes Education Program and have received individual nutrition counseling from a Registered Dietitian. The class will provide practical application on counting carbohydrates using food exchanges, portion control and label reading to control your daily blood glucose levels. A physician order is required. Please check with your insurance company for benefits.
