CAREGIVERS DAY OUT

The Caregivers Day Out event, funded by a grant from the Western Reserve Area Agency on Aging, is designed to honor, recognize and educate those special individuals who provide loving care for on older adult.
The event will be held at Liberty Residence I and this year's theme is "Fairy Tale Day Out"! Guests will be treated like royalty while they enjoy a morning of pampering and fun activities and are treated to a delicious lunch tastefully prepared by Chef Andrew of Altercare of Wadsworth. Guests are encouraged to set their imaginations free and delight in this relaxing and informative day.
The program is offered by invitation to caregivers caring for an older adult, including those participating in the Center's Alzheimer's Disease, Parkinson's Disease and General Caregiver Support Groups. Space is limited to the first 50 caregivers who RSVP. If you are a caregiver and would like more information about our Caregiver Support Groups, be sure to contact the Center.
Special thanks to Liberty Residence for hosting the event, to Altercare of Wadsworth for providing the lunch, and to the members of the planning committee from Crossroads Hospice, Gentle Energy Healing, Heart to Heart, Home Instead, Lake Anna YMCA, Liberty Residence and Wadsworth Pointe.
