Introducing the Curves 30 Day Diet Plan. Whether you're ready to start losing weight, need to boost your metabolism, or just want to learn more about healthy eating, Curves offers monthly classes to meet your needs.
A new session begins the first week of each month along with FREE weekly support meetings during the rest of the month, including special health related topics. These classes are open to the public and are held at our Curves fitness center which is located right behind Staples.
Next session begins in the morning of September 7th and evening of September 8th. Call today to register for the class before it fills up!
* Curves 30 Day Diet Plan classes are taught at select Curves locations as well as several Cleveland Clinic facilities.
