This clinic is for children and teens. No child/teen will be denied immunizations due to inability to pay. Appointments for immunizations are recommended. For an appointment call 1-888-723-9688.
Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) is also on-site with immunization clinics. Appointments for WIC are required. They can be made at 330-723-9629 or toll-free at 1-888-723-9688.

$10 per vaccine for Medina County Residents
$15 per vaccine for out of county residents
Services are partially funded by your local health levy.
A Childhood and Adolescent Immunization Clinic is also available at the Medina County Health Department at 4800 Ledgewood Drive in Medina, Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. No child will be denied immunizations due to inability to pay.
