The MedGem® is a hand-held device which measures your Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR). In simple terms, the RMR is the number of calories a person would burn if awake, but at rest all day. Knowing your unique metabolism allows you to then establish a calorie budget and exercise plan for success in weight management. Test completed by a Registered Dietician. Registration required.
