•Ages 55 & up—get healthy, stay active, meet new friends
•Log your miles around the track or use the elliptical & treadmill
•Mileage incentive rewards given
•Fee is per day of participation— Free for MCRC Members & SilverSneaker Members & $1 for Non-Members
•Class meets every Friday Morning from 10:00-11:30 am January 8-April 30 *Club does not meet April 2*
•DISCUSSION GROUPS HELD at 10:00am 1ST & 3RD FRIDAYS!
