Description:

This is the first in a series of free educational programs being offered in 2009. Denise Vaca, RN of Hospice of Medina County will help us understand the effects of stress on the body and provide us ways to utilize positive methods to manage the stress in our lives. Reservations requested by calling the SHC office no later than January 12, 2009.
The program is held in the Camp Paradise Lodge. The presentation is free and open to the public.
