Description:

A deep water workout that uses water resistance to increase
cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, and range of motion.
Participants may choose to us a floatation belt during class.
Participants should be comfortable in deep water.
Days/Times: Mon, Wed, & Fri - 9:20-10:10am
Tues & Thu - 6:45-7:35pm
Location: Steiner Center Indoor Pool

Fee: Members - Free
Non-members - daily admission fee
Ages: 13-17 - $4.00
Adults - $6.00
