Mary Cuchna, certified instructor of Tai Chi, will be instructing the residents through warm up exercises and basic Tai Chi movements. Tai Chi is a great exercise to help alleviate stress and to help promote balance/stability. We would love to have you come to visit us during this time for fellowship or being an observer of this art of Tai Chi.
