Chippewa Lake: It’s all about relationships! Just in time for Valentine’s Day...CrossPointe Community Church is launching the winter semester of YOUTH CLUB. Its purpose is to help kids build relationships... with each other...with other adults...and most importantly, with GOD. Everything in the program is geared to relationship building. Dinner is served family style, with kids seated with other kids of various ages and two adults...their ‘table parents’. Table parents may be counted on to remember birthdays...encourage kids when they share their fears or concerns...and to lovingly teach good table etiquette! Kids will learn to count on each other as they play team building games. And they will develop their relationship with God through Bible Study and creative arts, in which they will prepare a song and/or drama to share with the CrossPointe congregation and their parents.
Youth Club is for kids in kindergarten through 8th grade, and runs Wednesdays from 6PM to 7:30PM, beginning February 1st. It will wrap up on April 4th, just before Easter. It’s easy to get your child involved...just call the church office at 330-723-9009. CrossPointe is located at 7230 Lake Road, in Chippewa Lake.
