"Loads of Love" from St. Matthew

St. Matthew Lutheran Church will be spreading love and joy on Sunday, June 9 at the North Court Laundry, 739 W. Liberty, Medina.  Laundry clients will have the opportunity to launder their clothes free of charge on June 9, from 1:00. to 4:00 p.m. (or until the money runs out).  This drop-in event does not require an appointment, but it is a “first-come/first serve”!

According to Rev. Steve Mahaffey, “Upon arriving at the laundromat, all clients will be met by caring volunteers who will provide the coins needed to wash and dry their clothes and belongings.  “Loads of Love” is a ministry that shows love to our community one load at a time.”  It is funded by a special offering from the St. Matthew congregation, as well as grant support from Thrivent Financial. 

St. Matthew is located at 400 N. Broadway Street in Medina.  Summer worship is offered at 9:30 a.m.  All are invited.  Further information can be found at www.stmatthewmedina.org
