CANCELED War in Southern Ohio 1863

Monday, April 13 - 7:00 PM

THIS EVENT IS CANCELED

The Medina County Historical Society April membership meeting presents
Major Farrell McHugh discussing the lead-up to and the raid of
General John Hunt Morgan on Southern Ohio and the political and
cultural affects that can be seen today. Major McHugh is a retired US
Army officer who specialized in military intelligence support to
insurgent and counter-insurgent warfare. Morgan's Raid is an oft
overlooked conflict during the contentious Summer of 1863, and should
be more familiar to the residents of the Buckeye State. The meeting is Monday,  April 13, 7pm at the A. I. Root Community Room, 623 W. Liberty Street, Medina. The event is free and open to the public! Discussion to follow.
