 Danbur Senior Living in Brunswick is proud to offer Create a Better You Exercise Program (CABY)
It is a movement specialty program that was created to maximize your ability to master these skills and have a better quality of life.  Reduce fall risk  Maintain independence • Improve cotnitive skills
• Reduce stress and Anxiety • Provide reasurance throughedu- cation an dinvolvement opportuni- ties to family members• Feel better about yourself.
This program can be done seated or standing.
Classes will take place 12:00-1:00pm Friday January 13 & 27; February
