GUILT - can make us feel sad or upset, anxious, shameful, lower our self esteem even. Guilt can sneak up on us when we least expect it! Regardless of where it stems from, the stress of guilt can have serious effects on our physical and mental well being!
Join us on Wednesday, July 21 from 6-8pm and our horses will show you how to address feelings of guilt and how to combat the feelings of guilt before they take ahold of you! For a $50 donation, limit (10) people.
