Healing from the Past

It is a sign of the times how mainstream the term 'trauma' has become. Wars, political strife, racial tensions, socioeconomic disparities, the rise of the digital world with its 24-hour news cycle, and still recovering from a global pandemic have bombarded us with traumas big and small. Newer research has shown that it lives in the body, especially the brain. Instead of reliving the trauma, this seminar will focus on our mental, emotional and spiritual well-being in order to foster healing from past trauma.
