The goal of this workshop is to help you identify some of your fears, insecurities,
and limitations so that you can begin the process of letting go of them.
Through different exercises that incorporate music and storytelling to help
channel your emotion, you will walk away with some daily practices that will
help you to build your self worth, confidence, belief in the magic of the universe,
as well as forming a more compassionate connection to yourself and others.
Primarily for adults, or with parental discretion. Angie will be referring
to personal experiences about surviving childhood sexual abuse.
