Passion Play 2020

   The Grace Baptist Church will present a new Passion Play this April in their Worship Center located at 3480 Laurel Road in Brunswick. Performances will be on Friday evening, April 3rd at 7:00pm; Saturday evening, April 4th at 6:00pm and Sunday evening, April 5th also at 6:00pm. The drama vividly portrays the crucifixion of Jesus and not recommended for young children. Tickets are only $3.00 per seat and all ticket proceeds are being donated to one of the church's Missionaries serving in Haiti and will be used to purchase small, off-road motorcycles for two Haitian Pastors who serve in the mountain areas of Haiti. All actors, singers and support crew are members of the Grace Baptist Church and the script was written and is directed also by church members.  The Passion Play will tell the story of Jesus and His sacrifice on the cross. It will also look beyond our present day to the final days of judgment which will be presented from a true, Biblical context.  The final scene will be of Heaven and will leave those who attend with a moving portrayal of what it may be like someday to meet Jesus face to face!
