Senior Led Exercise

This free class meets every Monday at 10:30 and Friday at 10:30 in the Healthy Corner room of the Medina Senior Center. Light weights and dynabands (provided) are used to strengthen muscles, improve flexibility and range of motion. Most exercises can be done in a seated position if needed. No need to sign up ahead of time. Just stop by and join in.
