The 21st annual Sister-to-Sister Conference, "Be the TRUE You", is a free event for girls ages 11-14 that will:
· Help girls find their personal strengths
· Help deal with peer pressure
· Give participants a chance to meet and network with girls from other schools
· Include fun, hands on activities, free T-shirt, snacks, pizza and goodie bags to take home
This year will feature Stefanie Robinson on "Decision Making," with facilitators that include members of Junior Leadership Medina County.
Pre-registration and parental permission is required. Registration forms are available at participating agencies including OSU Extension Office, 120 W. Washington St., Medina; Medina Hospital, Medina County District Libraries, Wadsworth Library, and on-line at the Sister-to-Sister web page: https://medinacounty-oh.aauw.net/sister-to-sister/ .
Reservations are limited: deadline for reservations has been extended to March 2.
Parents are invited to attend the separate Parent-to-Parent Session held during the last part of the program, from 3:15-4:30 in an adjoining room. Presenters will discuss information they shared with the girls.
